When cooking handle the bag with caution to avoid burns
Clean the bag after use to avoid staining. The bag can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but other parts are not not dishwasher-friendly and should be cleaned by hand.
Sharp objects may puncture the bag
Keep the bag and all other parts away from the open flame
Do not heat the bag with the LEAK-PROOF seal (clip with snaps plus slider) above the boiling temperature of 212 F (100 C). The steam generated during heating will not have any space to escape, which might result in the bag explosion.
Do not put the slider and the fork tool in the microwave
A slight yellowing of pure silicone can happen over time with certain deep colored foods. This is a natural process and does not affect the properties of silicone. To remove the yellow coloring, add white vinegar to your wash cycle or microwave the bag with white vinegar inside it
Be aware that phosphate-free dishwashing detergents may cause silicone dishes to end up with water spots or hold onto certain smells/tastes. It’s no big deal, just add some white vinegar to your wash cycle
